Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order. This right is granted under Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek) implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The product seal has not been broken.
  • The product is not past its best-before date.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used dietary supplements. This restriction is in accordance with Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at help-@plexironshulvik.world within the 14-day window.
  2. Include your order number, name, and a brief statement of your intention to return.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address.
  4. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly dispatched product, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

If the product was defective or we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first before returning such items.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, a full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the order, please contact us at help-@plexironshulvik.world within 48 hours of delivery. Include a description and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements.
  • Products with a broken seal.
  • Products past their best-before date at the time of return.
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or negligence.
